Kimono Pulled Up as Bedclothes (Saxifrage)

White/White    Tonight's fireflies
White/White   wink in the dark's one bowl.
White   How will you find me?
Yellow   If you trail some scent along
Deep Blue Green   the cleft treeline, a berry
White   might curl from its leaves.

What to Wear Today Kimono (Beneath the Snow)

White   She opens one eye,
White   then the drowsier other.
Dark Plum Pink   If two seeds measure
Medium Plum Pink   a day's worth, she'll swallow both.
Pale Plum Pink   Sweet. But go slowly, slowly.
Blue Green   Soon, pale fronds of thought.

What to Wear Today Kimono (Beneath the Snow, Chemise Changed)

White   She opens one eye,
White   then the drowsier other.
Dark Plum Pink   If two thoughts ripen
Medium Plum Pink   together, she'll bite into
Pale Plum Pink   one so quickly it leaves marks.
Scarlet Pink   Angry mosquito.

Kimono Pulled Up as Bedclothes (Flowering Kerria Rose)

Medium Golden Yellow   Of course I'm happy.
Medium Golden Yellow   It's summer. Coins multiply.
Medium Golden Yellow   Dust shimmers in sheets.
Medium Golden Yellow   The bees are milking away.
Medium Golden Yellow   Noon again? At least under
Blue Green   all this it's cooler.

Kimono for Interruption (Diverse Colors)

Lavender   This day started well--
Sprout Green   an apple left my hand for
Plum Pink   the sill, where it warmed.
Pale Yellow Gold   For once I could lounge around.
Light Maroon/ Dark Maroon   But my thoughts dragged and saddened.
Scarlet Pink   Thanks for that slow kiss.
